One potential benefit is better understanding of their identity like what their biggest fear and "hell" would be like, and by acknowledging it they can overcome their fears. Like Madison could realize that she's scared of rejection/lack of fame and could work on that to become more secure in herself, which may make her more powerful, maybe?

I think if it is in a more vintage style, it'll feel more like old AHS. 60's would be so cool, theres enough modern settings I think.
