R.J. is a cameraman working with Beverly Hope. He is a character in Cult portrayed by James Morosini.

Background

Not much is known about R.J.'s background except he was hired as a cameraman by Bob. Later when Beverly joins the cult, R.J. does too.

Personality and Appearance

R.J. is a young male presumably in his late 20s. He is more of a follower than a leader and can seem as young as he looks.

Story

R.J. is the cameraman for Beverly and a trusty colleague of hers. He follows Beverly when she joins the cult and becomes one of the clowns, taking part in the murders and tortures of other "weaker" individuals. However, R.J frequently questioned the cult's motives and was visibly repulsed by the cult's actions. As such, Beverly Hope deemed him the weakest link in the cult, which Kai Anderson agrees on. They later abduct R.J and tie him to a chair. The cult then each take turns firing nails into R.J's head with a nail gun, until R.J is rendered catatonic and motionless. Kai then solemnly kisses R.J on the head, and fires the fatal blow into R.J's head with the nail gun, killing him.

• R.J. is the second character portrayed by James Morosini in American Horror Story. He previously portrayed Bob Kinnaman in Roanoke.
• He is a Hillary Clinton supporter.
