IIIusion Manipulation is the ability to create and manipulate illusions, causing others to see, hear, touch, smell, and/or taste things which do not actually exist, or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are. It is one of the magical abilities in Coven, Roanoke, and Apocalypse.

Use

Marie Laveau possibly used this power on Cordelia Goode when she wanted to know how the Voodoo Fertility Ritual worked.

Myrtle Snow used this power on Fiona Goode in an attempt to make her take her own life, showing her a possible future where her lover, the Axeman, leaves her to die alone of her cancer.

Scáthach used this power on both Matt Miller and Cricket Marlowe; first by showing Cricket visions of the Roanoke colony's sacrificial beginning, and then on Matt when revealing visions of her past.

Michael Langdon used this power on Gallant, conjuring up a manifestation of the Rubber Man in order to seduce him and later drive him to a psychotic break, ultimately resulting in him murdering his own grandmother, Evie.

Satan used this ability to manifest himself before Michael by taking on various forms, including a girl dressed in white, a handsome angel, Anton LaVey, Miriam Mead, and a black goat.
