Michaela Jaé Rodriguez (formerly Mj Rodriguez; born January 7, 1991) is an American actress and singer.

Rodriguez made her first appearance in season 12 Delicate as Nicolette Smith, the manager of Talia Thompson's Hamptons house that Anna Victoria Alcott and Dex Harding Jr. temporarily reside at after Anna's stalking situations get worse in NYC. However, there is more to the character than originally meets the eye.
