The Premiere of American Horror Story was held on October 3, 2011, at the ArcLight Cinemas (Cinerama Dome) in Los Angeles.

The After Party was held at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Evan Peters (Tate Langdon) and Ashley Rickards (dead cheerleader Chloe) did not attend the Premiere but did attend the AfterParty. Connie Britton attended neither.
