Robin Bartlett (born April 22, 1951) is an American actress of stage, film, and television. She is best known for playing Debbie Buchman (Paul's sister) on Mad About You. She joined the cast of American Horror Story as Miranda Crump, Sister Jude's administrative replacement, in the second season, subtitled Asylum. She returned for the third season, subtitled Coven, as Witches' Council member Cecily Pembroke.
