Reposting here I suppose. Joe Escandarian's name is being spelled two different ways, with a 'c' and with a 'k' (by various news sources, both those with connections to the cast and those that don't). I can't at the moment confirm which one is accurate, so if anyone has a copy of the credits (or, we wait a week and when it's on Hulu we can confirm for sure)?
Also, since Joe is a 'one episode wonder', suggesting to merge him with the Open House Topic. Unless there is a bizzare twist and somehow he dies on property (or doesn't die at all), I doubt he's coming back as a character. --Horrorsurvivor 14:24, November 18, 2011 (UTC)
