Theory disproven
In "Return to Murder House", it is explicitly revealed that Constance's 4th child is her young, blind daughter Rose Langdon. Moreover, the albino child was cut long ago and never reconsidered.

Originally American Horror Story was to feature an albino character, described in the casting call as "a handsome albino man in his twenties or thirties". [1] This was to be a recurring role.

Scenes with the Albino for the pilot were filmed and the character was included in early promotional pictures (see above) and shown to some TV journalists, but all scenes were later cut. [2] [3]

This is a very likely candidate for Constance's 4th child. The picture above was taken by Robert Zuckerman, the photographer who took the original promo shoots for American Horror Story. [4]

Although Ryan Murphy has confirmed in his audio commentary of the pilot episode that there was originally an albino Langdon child that was cut, these scenes have never been released. This makes the tiny photos on this tumblr page and all others purporting to be official promo images (including the one on THIS page) highly suspect. The image above is very unrepresentative of photographer Robert Zuckerman's work; it is quite obviously dreadful Photoshop that doesn't even use the official AHS font. All such images are found only on fan squee sites without citation of official sources. The fashion model, Stephen Thompson, in the image above and on the linked website has made no confirmation of his casting either. It is my position that this brief mention of an albino has spawned a slew of fan art and fiction, good and bad but mostly bad. OGRastamon (talk) 10:17, October 14, 2015 (UTC)}
