After reading this: "He also has something very special that he can do with his giant fingers, which should never, ever be viewed with one’s parents." on Mtv, my mind went right to the conclusion that Lobster Boy might be either a great lover or...he's a big time gigolo. If you guys laugh at my conclusion, that's really OK, I laughed myself, like a lot..Tell me what you think if you want :)
